§ 13.16.060. Violation—Notification—Penalty.

A.

Notification. The Building Inspector shall notify the owner, or authorized agent of the owner, of a building or premises in which there is found a violation of this chapter, of such violation. The Building Inspector shall set a reasonable time for the owner to have the violation corrected. If the owner fails to correct the violation within the specified time the City of Larned shall cease delivery of water to the building or premises until the violation shall be satisfactorily corrected.

B.

Penalty. Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall upon conviction of such violation be punished by a fine of not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) or by imprisonment not exceeding three months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
